HexClad offers free shipping throughout the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
All prices are VAT inclusive for customers located within the UAE and all goods purchased from the HexClad UAE webshop are in free circulation within the UAE.
For all destinations outside of the UAE, the customer is responsible for any additional local duties or taxes that may be due upon delivery

UAE Delivery Service
Orders placed before midday for delivery in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman* and Sharjah* will be delivered the Same Day. After midday, orders will be delivered Next Day.
Orders placed for delivery in Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah will be delivered Next Day**.
* Excludes remote areas which are serviced twice per week on Thursday and Sunday. Remote areas are specified in the below table:
** During Ramadan orders placed before 6pm will be delivered the next day. After 6pm these will be delivered in two days.

Orders that are placed during any public holidays will be considered placed on the first working day following the Order's submission. Our delivery partner will make up to 3 attempts to deliver to you before your Order will be cancelled.
