Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through https://hexclad.ae/ and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which form part of your contract with us. Order cancellations made prior to dispatch are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase and receive a refund, subject to the terms below.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return under our 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase. Click here to request your return.
  • The product must be returned to us in original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation number or receipt); and
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Gift Cards (governed by Section 8 (Gift Cards) of the Terms & Conditions of Sale) are not eligible for refund.

3. Defective, damaged or incorrect products

If a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you are entitled to remedies under UAE consumer protection laws.

In these cases:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us; and
  • You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable UAE law and Section 12 (warranty) of our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law, and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following approval. Banks and payment providers may take time to process your refund before it is posted to your account.

5. Price Match Policy

At this time, HexClad does not offer price matching on free promotional deals.

Pricing and sales on hexclad.ae are subject to change. We offer a 14-day price match guarantee on purchases made through hexclad.ae only. If you purchased an item on our website and the price of that item decreases within the 14-day window we will refund you the difference.

We do not price match 3rd Party sellers or retailers.
